Eton Bioscience Begins Beta and Launch of Newest Branch in Houston Medical Center

For Immediate Release (Nov. 9, 2009)

Eton Bioscience, one of the leading bioservice providers in the US, is pleased to announce that they are creating their newest branch in heart of the medical center in Houston, TX. The new branch location was chosen in order to offer our Texas customers optimal speed and convenience. Houston’s medical research community is one of the best in the world and needs overnight turn-around and convenience for their research in order to facilitate its growth.

“Having previously required similar services myself, I understand exactly what the customer wants and expects from companies like ours,” states Esmeralda Garcia, Eton’s lab manager. “Our new location will allow convenience for picking-up or dropping-off your samples if needed. We are looking forward to begin
building lasting relationships with local customers and meet their specific demands. Ensuring your satisfaction with our services will always be our goal here in Houston.”

The actual launch of the branch will begin in the early part of next year. However, Eton will begin a limited release beta test of our DNA Sequencing, Peptide Synthesis, and new products beginning the last half of November. The BETA is on a first-come, first-serve basis, and those interested can register on Eton’s website, http://www.etonbio.com, to qualify. As more and more spots become available, people will be notified when they can start using our services. All ordering can be done online, and includes a courier service. Those that are active and involved in Eton’s BETA testing are qualified to receive up to 50% off some of Eton’s services, like DNA Sequencing. Normal list price is $10/reaction. Those involved in social media (such as facebook and twitter) and the beta will also get added benefits for posting their opinions and tips about the Houston branch.

“We are incredibly excited about the BETA test in Houston,” said Holly Barnes, Business Development. “It helps us make sure that our branch is working at the optimum speed and quality for the launch date. Also with the interaction of our customers during the beta we hope to build the branch that best serves the Texas community.”

About Eton Bioscience:
Founded in 2003, Eton Bioscience, Inc. is a privately-held company located in San Diego, in the heart of the biotech scene. Eton added an additional branch in fall of 2008 in Research Triangle Park, NC. Contributing to life and science, we provide the biological research communities of academia and industry with services which assist them in their ongoing experiments and investigations. Our facility was originally and primarily devoted to meeting the research community’s needs for DNA sequencing, and now our current facility houses a company providing that and much more. Eton Bioscience provides a variety of custom services, gene synthesis, and stocks and delivers its own line of products. Initially only servicing the local area, we are now a firm which services research institutions located all over, nationwide.
